Defective or damaged products
If you have received incorrect or damaged products, please contact us with pictures of the product within 7 days .
We will gladly send out a replacement order or give you a full refund.
Goods lost during transport
By ordering from us, you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframes, but external factors can sometimes cause delays.
Return/right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of return from the day you paid for the ordered goods.
As a customer, you are responsible for paying the postage to return the item.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it in order for a refund to be issued.

Lost or stolen packages
